Unopened, uninstalled stock cabinets from our Ridge Quick-Ship collection may be returned within 14 days of delivery or warehouse pickup. Returned items are subject to physical inspection at our Ferndale hub and incur a 20% restocking fee.
How fast can I get a jobsite delivery in Metro Detroit?
Orders placed and confirmed by 12 PM are eligible for next-day jobsite delivery within our standard 50-mile Metro Detroit radius, or same-day dock pickup at our Ferndale hub.
What if a cabinet door is damaged during jobsite drop-off?
Visible transit damage must be reported within 48 hours by emailing order photos to sales@ridgecabinetry.com. Because inventory is stocked locally in Ferndale, replacement doors or parts are swapped out immediately.
