1. Pro Trade Account Eligibility
Ridge Cabinetry extends wholesale B2B pricing, priority CAD design turnaround, and jobsite staging to qualified industry trade professionals, including licensed General Contractors (Residential Builder License), Residential Real Estate Investors/Flippers, Interior Designers, Architects, and Property Management Companies.
2. Showroom Hosting & White-Label Privileges
Trade account holders are granted access to host their residential clients at our Royal Oak design showroom (907 S Main St, Royal Oak, MI 48067). Contractors may utilize our 3D CAD design staff for unbranded (white-label) presentation renderings and project estimates.
3. Payment Terms & Order Release
Standard trade account orders require a 50% deposit upon order placement and layout sign-off, with the remaining 50% balance due prior to warehouse dispatch or direct jobsite delivery. Custom production line orders (Pioneer, Wellborn) will not be released to manufacturing until signed design approval and initial deposits are received.
