Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
This page outlines the guidelines regarding order adjustments, returns, transit damage reports, and cancellations. It details the non-refundable nature of custom and semi-custom production lines once manufacturing begins, as well as the 14-day return window and restocking terms for unboxing quick-ship stock items. 1. Custom & Semi-Custom Orders (Final Sale)
All orders placed through our semi-custom and custom production lines (Pioneer Cabinetry, Wellborn Estate Collection, Kith Kitchens) as well as custom-painted finishes (Sherwin-Williams/Benjamin Moore matches) and factory-modified cabinets are manufactured to project specifications. These items are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production has commenced.
2. In-Stock Ridge Quick-Ship Returns
Unopened, uninstalled stock cabinets from our Ridge Quick-Ship Shaker collection may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery or warehouse pickup. Returned items are subject to physical inspection at our Ferndale fulfillment hub and will incur a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return transport to 2300 Gainsboro, Ferndale, MI 48220.
3. Freight Damage & Defect Claims
Visible box damage or missing pieces must be reported to Ridge Cabinetry within 48 hours of jobsite drop-off by emailing photos and order numbers to sales@ridgecabinetry.com. Replacement parts or doors for freight-damaged items will be expedited immediately.
