Where do you deliver to?

We only ship our products inside the contiguous US.

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely. Our warehouse is located in Madison Heights, MI. Please contact us at 248-313-8901 or email sales@ridgecabinetry.com to arrange a pickup date and time.

Can I adjust/choose my delivery date?

We have different shipping polices for our different product collections. Most of the time, our team/shipping carriers will accommodate as best they can to schedule a convenient delivery date. 

How long does it take from the time I order cabinets until they are delivered?

Delivery times depend on the products purchased, as well as their final destination.

 

Do the cabinets come with installation hardware?

Different scenarios will require different types of installation hardware. Therefore, we do not supply the hardware. Please refer to your local building codes to determine what is recommended for your structure.

Can I buy the cabinets unassembled?

You can only purchase unassembled cabinets in our RTA lines.

Do you partner with or can you suggest any installers?

We partner with Ridge Renovations for install.

Can I purchase over the phone?

We only accept list orders over the phone. If you have a list of items to purchase, you can call us at 248-313-8901 to purchase.

Do you offer special pricing for builders/contractors?

Yes we do! Our Contractor Program offers several benefits, including pro pricing, to help contractors win more bids and grow their business. 

Can I use the cabinets outdoors?

We do not sell outdoor cabinets. Using our cabinets outdoors will void the warranty.

Do the doors and drawers come with soft close?

All of our cabinetry features soft close doors and drawers. Non-softclose hinges and drawer glides are not availible to purchase.

What is your return policy?
  • Buyer is responsible for approving the final design, measurements and item list.
  • Ridge cabinetry is not liable for inaccuracies or cabinets missed in error following confirmation of the design and or invoice.
  • Damaged items and any returns must be brought to the attention of Ridge Cabinetry within 3 days of pick up or delivery.
